Searching Our Website
To view products click on the categories on the left-hand menu or do a search by typing an artist's name or a product title into the search field and click on Go.
Unable to find what you are after? Give us a call on (03) 9596 1978, or drop us an email info@cinemascope.com.au and we will help you with your search. While we have a great range of titles in-store, we do not carry everything. But if it's available, then we can source it for you.
We also stock a large range of pre-loved DVDs, videos and film books. It can and does change daily, and therefore may not be listed on the site. Again - if it's a hard-to-find title your after, it's worth getting in touch - you never know what turns up.
How to Order
When you want to choose a product click on the "Add To Cart" button. You will be given the option of making changes to your order before you complete it. When you've finished making all your selections click on the Checkout button and follow the instructions. Shortly after you've placed your order you will receive an automatically generated email to confirm that the order has been sent. If you do not receive this confirmation email please contact us.
Please note, any orders can also be picked up in-store, by choosing this option before payment details.
You can also place any orders by phone or fax by reaching us on (03) 9596 1978.
Email orders are also welcome (orders@cinemascope.com.au), but please remember NOT to include credit card details. Please leave your phone number, and we will contact you for payment details.
Pre-Orders
Ordering for upcoming titles is welcome. You will not be charged for your pre-order until the goods are in stock, then we will contact you to complete payment of your order. We only accept payment through the website on titles that are currently in stock. This will also be the case if your order contains a mix of 'in stock' item(s) and pre ordered'upcoming' release(s).
Out-of-Stock Items
While we endevour to keep a large range of titles in stock, from time to time we will sell out, as will suppliers. But just like up-coming titles, out-of-stock items can be ordered, but you will not be charged until the goods are in stock. Once the item is in stock we will contact you to complete the order. For DVDs, most titles are back in stock within 2-7 days, with books and CDs 10-20 days.
Security
All online credit card transactions are processed through ANZ eGate system. ANZ eGate is an electronic payment service that enables us to securely accept and process your payments. Customer transactions are transmitted securely over the Internet using 128-bit SSL encryption and PKI digital certificate authentication. Personal information is stored on SSL server.
Goods & Services Tax (GST)
All prices shown in this website include a Goods & Services Tax (GST) of 10%, which is applicable to sales within Australia.
Shipping Information
We usually process and post orders within 24 hours, except if you have chosen to pay by cheque or money order, in which case we will not process the order until payment has been received. Note: any items out of stock will delay orders, but under normal circumstances only by 4-10 days.

Books
$5.00 for the first book, plus $1.00 for any extra books ordered.
Orders with a value of $200 and above: free, registered mail
Returns Policy
Damaged or faulty products will be replaced with stock of the same item, with no extra shipping and handling costs, providing the faulty product is returned to us within 30 days of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a replacement or refund in the event of abuse of the returns policy.

We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove products and prices, and the provisions of our policies, terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse any order. We accept no responsibility for the content, reliability or privacy practices of any other websites that may be linked from or to our site.
